Okay, here is an action to sharpen all the frames of your .gif for the above type of smart sharpening. BE WARNED THOUGH - this works only on HD/720p/1080p videos, if it’s lower quality it looks gross.

• To load, download the file, then save it wherever you want.
• In photoshop, click ‘load actions’ in the drop down menu for actions.
• Find and select the file you downloaded.
• Press play!

P.S. Do not delete any frames of the .gif before using this, it won’t work.
P.P.S. Check my gif tutorial for info on how I make .gifs. I’m not sure this will work if you make them by importing single caps, rather than importing video frames to layers.
